He can demand anything he wants ... .. DENIED!!!!!
He should have thought about the consequences of his actions before deciding to became an American hating domestic terrorist.
If it was up to me I'd be lining all of these traitors up for a ride in "Old Sparky" the electric chair.

Kramer [the goon's attorney] says Seefried has obtained his GED while in prison and has been a "model inmate" who has taken classes and works in prison. He has also obtained his forklift operator certificate so when he is released, he can pursue work in that arena.
See, like slavery, prison can be good for you. Make America Great Again Again! Again?

BellRinger, who had to change his depends several times on 9/11, feels like 1/6 insurrectionists are being unfairly punished for attempting to overthrow the election.
America healed after 9/11.
Americans are still divided by 1/6.
Deplorable MAGAts are domestic terrorists.

Guyton, 82 M.J. 146 (in accordance with the Sixth Amendment, in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial; although pretrial delay is often both inevitable and wholly justifiable, the right to a speedy trial is as fundamental as any of the rights secured by the Sixth ...
Sixth Amendment Right to a Speedy Trial

He already had a timely trial, and is in prison serving his time, right?

Because it takes a long time to process thousands of traitors. They're terrorists who don't deserve the benefits of our legal system, but they're being granted those benefits nonetheless.

You are not wrong. But you are not right either.
The "Dems" have nothing to do with it. It was your overloaded justice system. Thanks to your "Dear Leader's" attempted insurrection and his incitement to violence and intimidation of Congress it's the largest criminal investigation in American history. And apparently the hunt for suspects is far from over. Up to 2,000 will ultimately be charged. Double of what I had originally predicted(and was ridiculed for by Trumpers).
"To be sure, the government failed to comply with the Speedy Trial Act in this case. But there is no evidence of bad faith, a pattern of neglect, or something more than an isolated incident that resulted from a number of unfortunate factors," wrote Rozzoni, who is based in New Mexico and is one of dozens of prosecutors across the country helping D.C.-based prosecutors handle the slew of Jan. 6 cases.

Regardless it is good to hear you imply that everyone should be held accountable to the Law.

He wants released for time served because he's a good boy now.
Also, because he learned to drive a forklift in prison and there is such a large demand in the public sector for convicted felons with a forklift license.
Gimmie a break!
