Bragg usurped' federal law to charge Trump

Sure, as good a reason as any for Trump's impartial SCOTUS to set aside the conviction.

That's why we need Jill Stein/Ralph Nader 2024! to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again.

If this is the case, then it should be an easy appeal for fmr Pres Trump.

And "Congress" in the article refers to the House Judiciary Committee.

A member of the Federal Election Commission

POSTED BY BELLRINGER

A member. Not the FEC.

Trump is a criminal. Why admire him so?

There's not a thing any member of a cult, especially the MAGAT cult can say that I give any weight except when they talk about overthrowing our government, banning abortion, banning birth control, banning IVF, banning books, banning DEI, banning any gun bans or rules, banning non-existent CRT from schools, banning anyone that's not 100% straight, banning free speech, banning bud light, NPR, NY Times, drag queens, banning LGBTQ people, banning anyone that thinks critically, banning anyone the GOP deems as "woke", banning any parental rights except White Christian Nationalist parent's rights, banning anyone from pushing back on those that push WCN on them. And on and on and on. They'll say anything and do anything to move that agenda forward. They''ll lie and lie and lie to do that.

Oh yeah, all the while screaming about "cancel culture."

I have never seen such pathetic arrogant self-righteous hypocritical self-blind low-life pieces of ---- in my life. Trey Trainor, a Trump-appointed included.

" Headline is ... ... .."

60 characters is all that's allowed.

Also, nobody has refuted the former chairmans testimony.

"A member of the Federal Election Commission"

False.

Why would you leave out the salient word?

"Trey Trainor, a Trump-appointed commissioner who once served as FEC chairman, said during a hearing that District Attorney Alvin Bragg, an elected Democrat..."

Republican accuses Democrat. Must be a day ending in -Y.

Headline is a purposeful LIE.

And a truthful one could have been fitted.

The Washington Examiner article, with nearly no restriction, includes to same LIE>

Why do you continue to post article from TRASH sources?

"The Washington Examiner is an American right-wing news website and political journal that is heavy on psychological projection and denialism.

It could be thought of as Townhall.com's more "respectable" cousin, but even then, the site looks like a tabloid desperately trying to pass itself off as real news.

Although their reporting has been rated as factually mixed after failed fact checks,[1] it is common to see them used as a source among more extreme right-wingers, who seem to like how proper the site pretends to be."

They tried calling Bradley Smith as an expert witness on campaign finance law and were denied by Judge Merchan. I know. Shocking, right?

" They tried calling Bradley Smith as an expert witness on campaign finance law"

It's not a witness's purview to explain the applicable law. That's the judge's job.

Oh what a surprise, Ballwasher the Harvard Law School grad posted this utter crap.

The lesson to take away from this article is that Trump appoints people who are more than willing to lie and make themselves look like fools in order to defend the cult leader.
