US consumers may finally be getting some relief from their grocery bills - especially if they shop for food online. Data by Adobe Inc. shows that online grocery prices fell 3.7% in August from a month earlier, the largest decline since the firm began tracking the numbers in 2014.

As soon as democrat leaders start pointing out their price gouging, prices come down.

Interesting.

I shop online for groceries all the time and I've learned that trying new stores, like Aldis, offer very noticeable savings on basic products we use every day; things like coffee, bread, fresh vegetables, ic cream, peanut butter, butter, milk, cleaning products, eyc. Yes their selection is not as big as the major supermarket chain butm so far, I've been buying Aldi's own store brands and they are just as good as the products in the major chains. Now I understand they have bought Winn Dixie so Aldis stores are popping up all over the place, I lwill admit that there are a few items I still have to get from the major chain store because Alsis doesn't carry rgen yet; things like Freshpet dog food or Bisquik baking mix so I make two lists; one for Aldis and one for the major chain; both use the same delivery service so it works out well and I am stretching mt food budget considerably every week.
FYI! i do not work for or have any connection to them. I'm just a customer who is glad to find a more affordable place to order food online for delivery to my home.

They know Kamala is winning and are afraid of her DOJ holding them accountable something conOLD would never do.

Her plan of INVESTIGATING price gouging scared these roaches.

Same quality as other store brands? Sure. I have just found very few store brand items are any good in food when compared to name brands. Store brand canned corn tastes like field corn to me when it is labeled sweet corn and yes I know the differences. I used to can and freeze corn for that reason but we just don't use much anymore so I don't. To me this says they are using the lower end product from the field. When I was a kid we grew it too. Even the name brand stuff is not as good as what I canned myself. This is pretty much across the board (tomatoes, beans, pickles, etc.) and there is no good reason for it other than profits.

The rest of the stuff has just not been the same either. One notable exception in my experience is kettle potato chips but I don't get those very often at all.

The stuff you grow are not commercial farm strains. They are tastier but miss the mark on what consumers expect in a grocery store product.

And not what industrial scale ag requires for large harvests.

Nope. Has everything to do with shipping in refrigerated cars.

You really shouldn't be getting tomatoes in February.

Plunge? Srtill way too high, and I wonder how many online stores have a shipping charge. Also, only a tiny percent of American households buy groceries online, and the vast majority of us go to grocery stores. Hell, the only time I purchase those types items online is if something I like is not selling in the local stores like my Kings Syrup and B&M Baked Beans which the stores here do not carry - then I order through Amazon.

Also wonder how many online grocers have a shipping charge.

#11 you are welcome to take classes at Klee Lab at USF and find out how little you know about the topic of breeding for farm production.
