Then the lie about visiting Springfield to keep the story front and center. Of course, the story is absurd. But Trump is getting all kinds of free publicity and loving every minute of it.

You don't suppose that was a set up, do you? Trump's Dr. Ronnie claimed that Trump had a 2cm hole in his ear. A 2cm hole is about the same size as a penny. That's not something that disappears overnight. In fact, here's no evidence that he even got nicked.
