"My decision to declassify the materials described above does not extend to materials that must be protected from disclosure pursuant to orders of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and does not require the disclosure of certain personally identifiable information or any other materials that must be protected from disclosure under applicable law," Trump wrote in the order.

And what was the collusion? I probably interact with a Russian every few days in my normal life - hell, half of the Jews in the US are Russian-Jews. Does that mean everyone that interacts with them is colluding to influence an election?

Dems like Schiff claimed their was clear evidence of collusion and to this day, they have nothing to back this up and these releases will just further that. The only ones still buying the collusion nonsense are those being paid to believe it and their mouth breathing stooges.

Pretty sure the reason for that is willful ignorance.

I am still waiting for you to say exactly what they admitted - that members of the campaign spoke with Russian? Okay, so what action was taken as a result. Still waiting for you to say what that was but all I get is deflections. So, again - what actual action resulted from these contacts?

We all know the truth - most Russians are designated as state actors by the morons in the 3 letter agencies regardless of if they are or not. Thus, Democrats use this to create the Russia hoax where morons like Danforth just need to know that someone once talked to a Russian to claim collusions despite not having a single link to a specific action that was ever taken by the Russians as a result of this 'collusion'. We know this because years and millions of taxpayers dollars has been spent to prove this negative already - and not just a normal investigation. It was an investigation where the investigators themselves broke the law repeatedly to try to frame up the Trump campaign. At this point, Pam Bondi needs to get off her ass and start arresting the people that perpetrated this fraud.

After all, we already have Schiff censured by Congress for his lies. Now, it is time for him to see a jail cell.

I am not a lawyer but I did have a high level clearance and I know how strict they were about releasing classified data to the public without authorization.

They leaked highly sensitive classified data to the public. During an attack. If you can't see what's wrong with that I cannot help you. You have gone too far to the dark side

Regardless using the commercial app Signal on government devices or using Signal to do any government business is not approved or authorized. The app is defined by the Defense Department as an "unmanaged platform" and is not approved for sharing classified information.

Sharing classified documents regarding active attack operations with a private citizen during an attack is also not approved or authorized. Sharing classified data with the public violates 18 U.S. Code 798, which covers the disclosure of classified information, and potentially other provisions of the Espionage Act.

Also drinking on the job is definitely not authorized.

What we saw on full display in front of the world was the criminal incompetence of the F Troop team. And now what we are seeing is the gaslighting and attempts to sweep this all under the rug quickly and get on with the rapid disassembling of our democracy.

Will there be any charges? Not likely with this Congress or this administration.

As for Paul Manafort ...

If you don't want to be investigated by the FBi I suggest you do not make contact with Russian spies. Especially during a presidential campaign in which the Russians have been accused of interfering.

Paul Manafort was convicted of tax evasion and fraud. Like like most mob boss type convictions the defendant was clever enough to muddy up the evidence to make it difficult to get treason or espionage convictions.

He should be in jail for what he has done. And he agreed. Originally.

Yes, we have 100% proof that Hillary colluded and conspired with the Russians in 2016. First, she conspired with a British national - Steele and then using Steele, she colluded and conspired with Russians (as linked above) to make up stories attributed to Russian officials to defame Trump. This is 100% documented and proven.

Based on this fake Steele Dossier, the US government spent years investigating Trump based on wholly made up stories - like the hooker pee tape, Trump hotel deals that never occurred, Trump having a direct server connection to a Russian bank, Michael Cohen flying to Prague to do deals with Russians on Trump's behalf, etc. All of which have been totally debunked leaving only the fact that yes, people on Trump's team have met with people that are Russian citizens. To this day, NO ONE has been able to prove that the Russians and Trump team colluded or can point to ANY actions taken by Russia in 2016 that benefitted Trump in any way.

Also - just so you know, all your nonsense was litigated years ago. You present nothing. You are a bore. At least on this thread it's about as interesting as this silly thread's topic. Old, uninteresting, irrelevant, and offering nothing new.

ScottS is so concerned with criminality, he voted for a criminal and rapist for President of the United States.

Sock puppets always like to cover the old favourites.

Since no one has even attempted to identify the legal authority for the Buffoon attempting to regulate elections. I'll also guess no one can tell me wtf gain of function research has to do with said elections.

Try none and nothing.

Well, the Hillary one has been litigated:

"DNC, Clinton campaign agree to Steele dossier funding fine"

apnews.com

As for Fauci, I believe he lied about gain of function research. So, you now tell me if you believe there was gain of function research at the Wuhan lab. Yes or no.

The "gain of function" was brought up to try and derail from the obvious criminal actions of this lawless president.

And the idiot continues...

Did it occur or not. Fauci testified in front of Congress that it didn't. So, do you believe it did (making Fauci guilty of lying to Congress) or you think it didn't (Fauci not guilty of lying to Congress). So, what do you believe? Simple yes/no question.

Hey, dumb f**k. Fauci has nothing to do with this thread. Either tell us by what legal authority the Buffoon arrogates unto himself power about elections or f**k right off.

With no nuance necessary.

JFC you're dumb and in a cult.

Swallow it.

Exactly what nuance is required to answer the question of whether gain of function research occurred? Are you trying to pull a Bill Clinton and argue the meaning of the word is?

Now, if you think what they were doing falls short of 'gain of function' research, you can simply say no. The fact that you won't answer points to not even you believing that is the case.

Exactly as predicted in #72.
