Liberty U Fined $14 Million for Mishandling Sex Assaults

The U.S. Department of Education (Department) today announced its office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) is imposing a $14 million fine as a result of a settlement agreement with Liberty University (Liberty) for material and ongoing violations of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), including with respect to its published crime statistics and treatment of sexual assault survivors.

I read they received nearly a billion dollars from the Federal Government mostly in the form of student loans during the same time.

A 1.6% Rape Tax is a small price to pay to indoctrinate the next generation of White Nationalists.

I drove through Lynchburg on US Business 29 South last year, and the immensity of the campus as you drive through it is nauseating, knowing where the money came from. Feels different than driving on 81 through James Madison U., with the campus on both sides of the interstate.

We know a guy our son's age, lived the southern frat-boy life at a big state university for four years, then went to Liberty U. law school (ugh) to clean up his reputation before going home to start in the family business ... politics.

It appears that the administration at Liberty U. treated women on campus like someone else's daughters, and not like their own. One would have thought that "In Loco Parentis" would still apply at a "Christian" school. Shameful...

That's Jerry Falwell's old haunt, isn't it.

I remember the dust up when Liberty U was teaching law students to "test the rules" of evidence by introducing teachings from the Bible.

As I recall, that didn't work out very well. Small wonder.

Why is it radical Democrats like Txx are obsessed with and specialize in hate and racism? Their priority is to tear down groups of others they do not even know based soley on religion, race, ethnic factors. Don't believe me....examime it yourself.
