They are going to do whatever they want until the Courts and the Congress stop them.

And since those folks are at least half or more Trumpers, it's going to not be so easy.

The best way would prolly in most times might be for the People to hit the streets in peaceful protest... but that's a hard sell when the opposition will also show up, legally armed with tactical military weapons.

Fortunately, the 'losers' over in Pentagon hate him already, and will be quite happy to take him out if given any chance.

I disagree, you can hold beliefs, that shouldn't get you cancelled. But saying things in public that against the cultural grain, should have a consequence, otherwise you have no "culture".

The reasons for policies that encouraged DEI jiring are quickly reppearing under aaaatrump's racist, homophobic, transohobic, xenophobic leadership. I've heard quite a few people in those categories say they prefer bigots to be open about their bigotries rather than hiding it. I guess it makes it easier for those specific people to navigate a world that they're already cynical about?
