#2: Our ------- country sucks shht. Yes indeed, thanks to white racist Republican voters who exponentially empowered the police state while enriching the oligarchs beyond their wildest dreams. As a bonus prize, US national security has been debilitated and our international reputation is in tatters. No wonder the US ranks 24th on the World Happiness Index and will be lower next year. Gut arbet! Thank you Republican voters!

Now that we have established people in American can commit Thought Crimes,
Citizens are next.

It's more of speech crime than a thought crime, but I agree about the slippery slope that the country is being led down. It feels like Patriot Act 3, except it's all being done by executive orders.

For perspective, Lewzer has signed as many XOs in the last 3 months as Obama did in his first 4 years.

Lewzer quotes:
"Why Is @BarackObama constantly issuing executive orders that are major power grabs of authority?"
"The country wasn't based on executive orders,"
"Right now, Obama goes around signing executive orders. He can't even get along with the Democrats, and he goes around signing all these executive orders. It's a basic disaster. You can't do it." LOL!

If they can do it to Mr.Khalil they can do it to anyone including American Citizens.
Civil Rights are Universal, or they are Meaningless.
Trump is into deeply Lawless and Totalitarian territory with this kind of BS.
He's lost any true legitimacy and should he removed from office Immediately.
Other countries do it. South Korea comes to mind.
Trump is the enemy of Liberty and has lost the consent of the governed.
He arrogates powers to himself that are not his to assert.
I don't see a peaceful ending to this.

They are working hard to classify you as a Palestinian so that when you eventually fight back against the oppression, they can classify you as Hamas.
The pattern is as predictable as its source.

Send you to El Salvador.
Or you could save us the trouble and just step into traffic.
Ditching your stupid piece of s*&^ a%& would definitely improve this country.

MAGA does not do "kind".
Nor do they do unto others as they would have others do unto them.

This is an immigration admin judge.
They don't generally hear Constitutional arguments.
That gets heard at the District Court. A hearing is already scheduled.

I'm just focused on the positive, which is that at least they provided him due process and he was able to see a judge. The scariest thing as an American to me was watching ice arrest, convict, sentence, and carry out said sentence on people without a single judge ANYWHERE in the process. Police should never ever ever have that kind of power.
So it's a little victory that he saw a judge. The ruling isn't my favorite, but having judicial oversight at least provides SOME degree of constitutionality to the process.

Roland Friesler was a Nazi judge. Going before him was a formality before disappearing into a Camp.
Corrupt judicial review is no review at all.
Not saying we're there Yet.
But the precedent is clear.
