Their constituency is the Uber Wealthy.

The rest of the people are an afterthought at most.

He voted for the bill because it's what the party wanted and he lacked the courage to Stand Up.

Now he wants the Governor shield his state from the Worst of the fallout.

Blowback is coming...ICE and Repression will become the new normal..for Citizens...not just migrants.

The Worst is yet to come.

Trump will use protests as an excuse to Cancel midterm elections.

It's getting uglier by the day.

Hmmmmmm.

I was told by MAGA yesterday that rural hospitals need feel no fear.

I guess that this Republican legislator never got the same memo.

Let me guess:

Unless the Democratic governor doesn't undo what the MAGA Rep did he's going to be damned as someone who does not care about sick people?

The message, whole and entire, of the BBB is that MAGA wants sick people to get sicker and die.

Which they are going to do.

You know he can't cancel elections, right?

There's literally no mechanism for doing that. Elections couldn't even be canceled during the civil war.

We'll see how the tampering attempts go, and you know those will be happening. But there will be no cancellation.

Start putting up signs that read this healthcare facility closed at the order of Derrick Van Ordern'. Make the guy get a real job ...

Russia still holds elections.

Surprise. Putin won in a landslide. With apparently no competition. For some reason they all decided to go to jail instead of run for office. And Putin just changed the constitution so he could stay in power.

In Russia they have 90% voter participation. Highest in Russian history! Amazing. No?

In Putin's Russia you vill vote. You vill vote for Putin. And you vill like it.

That's the Republican MO.

Blame democrats for their destructive actions.

Did you know Hillary Clinton single handedly got American into a war with Iraq? Just ask our crop of deplorable Trumping MAGAts.

Reality is a hard master...we now cannot ignore the fact that America is now bankrupt, it can never pay, will never pay, its debts, and the minute that the rest of the world awakes to the fact we deliberately bankrupted ourselves to destroy the FDR safety net, investors will stay away and chaos will rule the streets.

This is how you know the BBB is that bad. Shrimp is having a ---- stroke trying to defend it.

He can't come up with a lie or spin that even remotely defends this stupidity.

They'll make it up.

They've been doing it for the entirety of their administration.

It's cute how people still think we're operating within norms.

"There's literally no mechanism for doing that."

I agree with JPW.

That's just wishful thinking.

They will just DOGE it.
