Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Monday, September 08, 2025

Officials on Friday released surveillance footage showing the moments just before the deadly stabbing of a 23-year-old woman on a Charlotte, North Carolina, light rail last month, prompting new calls for safety on public transit. The video, released by the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS), shows Iryna Zarutska, a Ukranian refugee, get on the light rail and sit in front of 34-year-old suspect Decarlos Brown Jr. for several minutes before the fatal incident. Brown Jr. has been charged with first-degree murder, according to a press release issued by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) in August.

If this had been a black or brown woman, and the perp was white, it would be in dancing banana's.

But the perp ticks all the right boxes. Black, mentally ill, and his target was white.

Cant let this get out. Makes the Dem narrative look bad.

President Donald Trump reacted to news of a deadly stabbing on a Charlotte light rail last month, calling the situation "horrible." "Horrible," Trump said Sunday after hearing about the case for the first time. "I haven't heard ... [but] I'll know all about it by tomorrow morning."
Trump must have been so torn. One of the toughest presidential decisions he's ever faced.

He hates Black people because he's a racist POS. But he detests Ukrainians because he's Putin's Beach.

What else is it Joe?

Here's the issue Lumpers can't quite make the connection, so I will help them out.

Every Liberal, myself included would like some form of public transportation. Lightrail, trains, high speed rail. But this episode in America shows one solid reason why people stopped or won't be using public transportation. Crime. From the NYC dude that stopped a crazy man in the subway to this, you don't support stopping people from terrorizing those that can't defend themselves.

Like its normal to sit down in a train and spend the entire ride assessing angles of attack, rather than reading a book or checking your messages.

Just ignore the reality and poke fun at Boaz, remain ignorant while people won't vote for what you want, and then Psycho can complain about Trump and how Americans are stupid.

When the answer is right there in front of you.

Boaz, you're the one saying refugees aren't welcome in our country.

This sends your message loud and clear.

Take a victory lap.

Oh, and when are black people going to fix the violent black crime problem?

Or is that up to progressive liberal women to fix... people like this woman?

Hey look, everyone! OneIronTurd is pretending to be a Bernie Bro again. One who just happens to agree with everything the GOP says and does.

Consistency is definitely not the hobgoblin of OneIronTurd's Paid Russian Troll Wumao Army mind.

That's one of the hazards of being an attention troll on a Yellow Dog Dem site... but he's apparently very experienced at making a fool of himself, so there's that.

He was giving us English comprehension lessons just the other day.

I never said that.

Let them come in the front door, not sneaking through a window.

Trump Has Pledged to Deport Some Legal Immigrants. Could He Do That?
Published Sep 30, 2024
www.newsweek.com
After promising mass deportations of illegal immigrants, former President Donald Trump is now vowing to come for those admitted into the United States under programs established to protect migrants from certain countries.

Trump has said he would force the million-plus people who arrived under Humanitarian Parole, or were allowed to stay in the U.S. through Temporary Protected Status (TPS), to leave if he wins a second term.

"Get ready to leave because you're going to be going out real fast," the Republican presidential candidate told Fox News last week.

Trump's mass deportation plans hit riskier phase with legal immigrants, court fights
www.politico.com

Trump spent his first weeks in office emphasizing a mass deportation campaign aimed at criminals who are in the country illegally.

But late last week, immigration agents arrested a Lebanese doctor on a legal visa, despite a court order temporarily blocking her immediate removal. That followed the detention of German tourists, a former Columbia University graduate student with a green card and multiple immigrants who are married to U.S. citizens or have long lived in the United States.

The only thing I can't figure out about Boaz is why he isn't a racist cop.

He'd be perfect as the Resource Officer who sweats the black boys and gives the black girls a pass in return for favors.

Grandmother held by ICE over $25 bad check from 10 years ago: 'This is wrong'
www.kcbd.com

LINCOLN COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV/Gray News) " A grandmother in Missouri who has been in the United States for nearly 50 years is being held by ICE and faces deportation to Ireland.
...
Ten years ago, Donna wrote a bad check, charging documents say, for $25. She paid it back and got probation.

But Brown says the U.S. government is suddenly arguing that was a "crime of moral turpitude."

The U.S. government says that's a term used in the immigration context that has no statutory definition, but courts have held that moral turpitude "refers generally to conduct that shocks the public conscience as being inherently base, vile or depraved, contrary to the rules of morality."
