Her fugazi 'resignation' is styled as such so that she or someone else at DoJ will be able to say she was forced by some judge to resign, thus perpetuating the myth that she was an actual, legitimate DoJ attorney. Or so the raging cynic in my brain says...

This pretty ambulance chaser will continue to fall up. Alina Habba, the child of migrants who escaped persecution in Iraq, will now help USAG Pam Bondi persecute migrants in her American taxpayer-funded sinecure at a robust GS-15 salary in the USDOJ, all without US Senate confirmation.
