"Amazon's tax bill plunges after GOP tax cuts"

Which means Bezos will reduce prices and give employees a raise! Right? Right?

Your Oligarch-Owned Government in Action!

And all it took was sticking it to most Americans... and that's only just started.

(oh, and murdering half a million people, mostly children, mostly by starvation)

Trumpers SO Proud!

Yup.

Billionaires are gonna want tax cuts for billionaires.

Regardless of the cost to Americans.

"If we raise taxes on companies, prices will go up!"
-Pedo GOP

We lower their taxes and prices still go up.

Apparently corporate taxes have nothing to do with prices.

There's a famous Chinese proverb that I learned while living there: "When the elites suffer, the common people suffer. When the elites prosper, the common people still suffer."

And "conservatives" wonder why the national debt is skyrocketing! Trump's breaking records for budget deficits. Interest on the national debt has now exceeded the entire annual defense budget.

It began with Bush's 2 tax cuts and continued with Trump's 2 tax cuts.

Tax cuts don't lead to economic growth and they don't "trickle down" to benefit the vast majority of Americans. They only enrich high net worth individuals and corporations while saddling generations with debt.

AH, but wait... the profits of the Billionaires is going to Trickle Down upon us all!

Unless, of course, they don't, which they never ever have.

Why the giant headline?

This is just Trump SOP.

Nothing new or unexpected.

Bezos paid Trump $40 million for the 'Melania' documentary.

Now, Bezos saves $8 billion because of Trump's corporate tax cuts.

While 17 million Americans lose health care.

Corruption, plain and simple.

Ironically, a fluff piece about a professional -------.

How much is enough? How corrupted can a person be where they find out they can never return to being part of the whole, of humanity?

If you don't like this, then don't buy from Amazon.

Easy.

How quaint... and how pretentious.

When did you decide that it's OK for the People to be replaced by the Oligarchs who buy and sell the People's Representatives in Government?

At birth, I bet.

You do realize that you are not now and will never be one of them, don't you? That they would not bother to piss on you if you were on fire... and they needed to pee.

But you are the kind of person they rely on to stay in power; someone with just enough to scoff at most people, but not enough to ever threaten them.

Money was always power, but now it's been made Speech under the Law.

Someone once said that, not money, but the love of money is the root of all evil in the world. It turns never-will-be's into wannabes who spend their time looking down on most people because they have a bit more of it... but never enough.
