Jonathan Ross will live the rest of his life looking over his shoulder or getting sick after eating out.
Samaritans will recognize him and spit or sh*t in his food.
Worse for him, Jonathan Ross may end up perforated with ventilation holes in the future. May not be tomorrow or next year, but someone will exact vengeance on this a**hole.
