But, oh my God, those barbaric Mohamedans.

Some of the world's wildest cultures must look at the US and wonder what the hell is going on.

The article's description of the method of execution makes it clear why "U.S. District Judge Emily Marks ruled Tuesday, after an appeals court reversed her initial finding that the method was constitutional, that Lee had shown by a preponderance of the evidence that the protocol constitutes cruel and unusual punishment in violation of the Eighth Amendment.'"

They may as well physically strangle these prisoners. Why are they playing these games? I know that they want to.

Why not public hanging?

It's what Republicans want.

Brings back fond white nativist racial memories of lynching.

It's probably the most humane way to execute someone.

Because the meme moved on to pushing people out of helicopters.

but you'd think firing squads would be more popular with them. Maybe it's too humane?

Sure. Maybe you'd like to tell us the humane ways to rape people too, while we're on the subject.

- pushing people out of helicopters.

I think that in Project25B, the idea is to push people out of helicopters after aiming them at fishing boats.... especially immigrants, as the irony would be delicious for rwingers.

Well, the few that understood irony.

First, respect the rule of law, then, if you have a state, a culture that offers a decent life to all, then look to the...oh heck, why dither...I am against the death penalty because half of the blame of major crimes belongs to the culture itself...For the very few to live as absolute gods, the great many have to struggle and fight for survival at the bottom of the pyramid.

Murder by the state is a crime against humanity. The method of the murder doesn't matter, the act of murder alone is sufficient.

As far as I'm concerned, send every judge, juror, persecutor, warden, jailer, and legislator who voted to allow murder by the state to The Hague for trial.

Zyklon-B wasn't available, so these murderers want nitrogen gas.

I'm surprised no Republican suggested piping in a truck's carbon monoxide exhaust into the airtight abbatoir.

"... piping in a truck's carbon monoxide exhaust into the airtight abbatoir."

More humane than current methods...
