A white supremacist, neo-Nazi group based from North Texas caused a stir on social media in Washington D.C. on the Fourth of July. Video recorded from the masked group's march into the nation's capital shows them gathering around Eastern Market metro station and then leaving the train at New Carrollton station, according to WFAA sister station WUSA. Social media posts showed the group marching through a number of neighborhoods in the Capitol Hill area before taking the train out of D.C, WUSA reported. The group marched despite Fourth of July parade cancelations throughout the DMV, including one celebrating America's 250th birthday in the District proper, according to WUSA. |
