Trump Still Hiding Long-Promised Medical Records

Just over a month from an election that could make Mr. Trump, 78, the oldest person ever to serve as president (82 years, 7 months and 6 days when his term would end in January 2029), he is refusing to release even the most basic information about his health.

Seriously, how many people have any of us known who felt compelled to tell, tell, tell, tell you how smart they are? What a great body they have? How their genes soar? How long an uncle served on a university's faculty? And on and on and on and on. They're the self-absorbed bores you avoid like the plague, whether you're at a state dinner on Easter Island or nestled in a bar out in Mora, New Mexico. All medical doctors are amazed how quickly Trump recovered from that 2cm bullet hole his doctor reported on the condition of that ear after being shot. No medical records or photos of the wound. All attending emergency personnel forced to sign non disclosure forms too. It's a miracle they say. His ear looks like nothing ever happened. God almighty. He's the chosen one for sure!

Incorrect.

Medical records can't be released with identifying information by anyone other than the patient or someone with permission from the patient.

HIPAA is a massively misunderstood law that's cited quite frequently by those who don't understand it.
