Trump: 'We' Have Complete Control of Iran's Skies

US President Donald Trump says that "we" have control of the skies over Iran as questions grow over whether the United States will join Israel's strikes against the Islamic Republic. "We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran," Trump writes on Truth Social, hailing the use of US-made weaponry, although without explicitly mentioning Israel. "Nobody does it better than the good ol' USA."e

Strange statement from Trump considering the MAGATS I know have been telling me that Trump promised he wouldn't get us involved in wars and that Israel is acting alone and that "we" are not involved.

Did Trump lie to his supporters or was he just exagerating as they so often like to claim about his repeated promise to end the Ukraine war in a single day?

Vlad asked him to stop Israel from attacking his buddy Ayatollah - which Trump failed to do - and just a day ago Trump was thinking aloud about Vlad being a mediator of "Cease Fire" between Israel and Iran...

Now that this plan went up in smoke and IAF and Mossad "control the vertical and horizontal" in the air and on the ground in Tehran after decapitating IRGC and Iran's High Command and Ayatollah in "hiding" (if he wants to know where his military leaders are, and vice versa, they can call Tehran's temporary local Mossad HQ branch for info), Trump changed the course and the tone from "We are not involved at all" and is running fast to get ahead of parade and take the credit for possible "regime change" that will finish rearranging ME in the right direction, without Iranian Islamists

This was offered to Biden more than once but he and his team kept blinders on and insisted on Israel / Netanyahu to "take the win" and continued to pressure Israel to make more and concessions to Hamas, who saw the weakness and kept stalling and changing demands... while Israel kept almost singlehandedly dismantling Hezbollah in Lebanon, Ansar al-Shari'a in Yemen, and al-Assad's Iranian and Russian support in Syria, eventually chasing Syrian Hezbollah, Bashar and Vlad out of Syria.

Biden could've been a hero and take credit, if his team had a little nerve, courage, sense and imagination. Just like he could if he'd ignored Vlad's phony "WWIII red lines" in Ukraine. Putin-Trump channel messenger boy Tucker Carlson is attempting to do that "one weird trick" now.

Had Biden gone with the plan A, we might not have had the TACO disaster "to kick around anymore" now.

To paraphrase Oscar Wilde, the only thing Trump really has ever done well is choosing his enemies. "A man cannot be too careful in the choice of his enemies."

The IDF is targeting hospitals in Iran, just like they did in the Gaza Strip: 45 women and children KIA.

And like Vladimir Putin ordering strikes on residential buildings in Ukraine, Benjamin Netanyahu is doing the same in Iran: 60 civilians including 20 children KIA.

There is a reason why the ICC at the Hague indicted BOTH Vladimir Putin and Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes.

Should any US POTUS, whether he or she is Republican or Democratic, follow suit?

I woke up this morning expecting to see a US war with Iran.

I remember also waking up each morning when George W. was in power expecting to see the same thing.

The last time Trump was in office I woke up each morning expecting to see a US war with North Korea.

I think that Donald will get around to it.

You claim to have been part of the intelligence community. If you're in the US, request that your congressional representatives request the legal review from the IDF on the targeting package.

I would say do the same for the Iranian and Hamas targets in Israel, but I'm pretty sure that legal reviews are unnecessary when your desired effect is to kill civilians and/or destroy civilian infrastructure.

Our president is certainly not restricted by any silly law or constitution.

I'm sorry...but, what?

I'm still in this business, and every last target on any target list is subject to a legal review. The lawyers can't approve a strike on a target, but they do determine whether or not it is valid in the sense that it serves a military purpose.

If you're Hamas, you're desired effect is to create fear and chaos. They don't attack valid military targets because A) they lack the accuracy to conduct precision strike, and B) attacks on military targets do not create chaos and fear.

I think it is probably the same with Iran, although I have less insight into the accuracy of Iranian long-range weapons systems.

I've mentioned it before, but the only time I ever had anything to do with the IDF was when we were trying to copy their techniques for reducing collateral damage. This was 2018-2019 when ISIS was on the ropes in Baghuz Fawqani and you had a high concentration of ISIS fighters and supporters in a small area.
