A recent study by researchers at The Ohio State University has uncovered a startling disparity in the impact of "deaths of despair" across racial lines in the United States.

The term "deaths of despair" describes fatalities resulting from drug overdose, alcohol-related diseases, and suicide, which have notably surged among less-educated White Americans since the 2000s.

People who live in homes with guns are more likely to die a gun related death. About 1/3 more white people report living in a home with a firearm than non-white.

Factually, police are most likely to kill a mentally ill person in suicide-by-cop situation. And in 90+% of those cases most reasonable people would agree the killing was justified. Keep in mind, the decedent in those situations is seeking to place the cop in imminent danger so that there is no choice but to take the aggressor down. It is NOT a racial thing. I have seen it dozens of times.

What they fail to mention is how poor life decisions,
sometimes made by the individuals, sometimes by their
parents, (sometimes by both), have lead to multigenerational
failure in these undereducated communities. I see it
every day in the city I live in, in WV. Whole communities
of depressed, angry, white people. Many, with little hope
of obtaining something better. And it is not for a lack of
the community trying to improve their job outlook or standard
of living. Many, have just given up, in their personal lives,
and just want someone else to blame. Usually someone brown or
black. It is sad and depressing to watch. Along with how easily
they are swayed by the likes of a Con-man like Trump.

The vast majority of issues MAGA morons are pissed about are the result of their own voting patterns and preferences. The consequences were always someone else's to deal with and anyone who pointed them out was a LiBruL CoMmUniStZz!! Especially in the economic realm.

All issues are either a direct result or within a single degree of separation.

The reason they're pissed now is because they're finally feeling the consequences themselves. It's why they're suddenly acting as if globalism, offshoring and capitalism is a major problem-it's finally screwing them over. When it was only screwing over minorities or other white people they didn't know, they didn't care. They were happy so long as they could get that 65" teevee for $800 at Walmart or whatever stupid s^*% they had to own to measure their "success."
