On top of that have you listened to any of the women who were forced to share locker room with Lia without consent? Yes, I have and again, for the 1000th time, I believe everyone man, woman, child, is entitled to privacy and security in their locker rooms. If, as Riley Gaines alleges, Lia exposed herself to Riley, then why didn't Riley go the police and file a complaint? That is sexual harassment or assault, if it is as she claims. I suspect that her story isn't quite accurate.
I have also stated numerous times that the issue of trans athletes is complex. There is no one size fits all appropriate policy. There is a world of difference between a middle school or high school trans athlete playing field hockey and a Division 1 weightlifter, the particulars of the trans athletes are likewise of critical importance. there is a world of difference between a trans athlete who started transitioning prior to puberty and post puberty.
On that I rely on the experts-be it medical or in the sports.

But to claim that 32 of 480,000 athletes is some sort of issue worth even discussing is disgusting. Of the 32, apparently 1 was able to compete at a level in one event to win the event.

Not the problem you imply it is.

If a mediocre collegiate male swimmer could go from the 400's to 1, what could a high level collegiate male athlete, like Dickensen, accomplish if Hunter moved from men's to women's basketball?

Lia was given access to women's locker rooms by those in charge. People undress and use locker room showers. Lia was not only allowed to be there but was encouraged to do so. When girls complained to administrators they were intimidated and threatened and were told to seek counseling to deal with their bigotry.
