Anything to get him headlines. He hasn't changed since the '80s when he spent all his time photobombing real celebrities at Studio 54 just to get his picture in the tabloids.

Why?

Face to face meeting with his best supporters who called in bomb threats for him.

He wants to award them with the Medal of Trumpism.

Which is an Orange Baboon of a field of dead bodies.

Next stop on the Trump Campaign for Racist Losers will be Philadelphia, Mississippi. Trump knows how to appeal to his core group. Then again maybe the good people of OH can show up in massive numbers and counter the Trump / Proud Boys fans. This whole conspiracy nonsense is dangerous.

IMO, in the end, it'll hurt Trump-Vance bigly.

Let me get this straight: Donald Trump is going to Springfield in order to offer the citizens moral support on something that never happened?

His pride was really wounded by the take-down he and Vance are suffering over this. He's shifted in his fantasy world to compensate. In other words, the man is having frank delusions.

This visit will happen a day after Der Dotard appears at the J6 celebration of criminals at Bedminster, I.e., the 12th of Never. Ohio governor DeWine was on national television today talking about the positive impact the Haitians in Springfield have had on the community. Locals are also standing up for their new neighbors. The comedy duo of Donold and JV might think they will be welcomed warmly, but will probably be given the bums rush if they appear in Springfield ...

Quadrupling down on a made up story that will only shed light on the positive economic impact Haitians have had in filling a labor shortage in small town America.

Fascinating 5D chess Trump is playing here.

The sad thing is that when fmr Pres trump was asked if he condemned the bomb threats against Springfield, Ohio he refused to do so.

Donald Trump Faces Backlash for Springfield Bomb Threat Response
www.newsweek.com

... Former President Donald Trump is facing backlash for failing to denounce the bomb threats made in Springfield, Ohio, on Saturday.

As reported by Newsweek and The Associated Press earlier this week, an emailed threat said bombs had been planted in the homes of Springfield's mayor and other city officials. A second email said that bombs would be detonated at locations including Springfield City Hall, several schools, and offices, leading to several evacuations.

In addition, there was an emailed threat regarding a potential shooting on campus at Wittenberg University, a private liberal arts college in the city, leading to school evacuations and the canceling of planned events.

In a statement, the university said: "Wittenberg University is currently taking extreme precautions following an email sent Saturday, Sept. 14, that threatened a potential shooting on-campus on Sunday, September 15, 2024. The message targeted Haitian members of our community. Wittenberg Police are cooperating with the Springfield Police Division and the FBI to investigate this threat."

The bomb and shooting threats followed derogatory statements made by Trump about Haitian immigrants in the community.

In Tuesday's debate with Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump said, "In Springfield, they're eating the dogs"the people that came in. They're eating the cats. They're eating the pets of the people that live there, and this is what's happening in our country, and it's a shame."

In footage reposted online, the Republican presidential nominee was asked by a reporter in Las Vegas on Saturday: "Do you denounce the bomb threats in Springfield, Ohio?"

Trump avoided answering the question directly, saying: "I don't know what happened with the bomb threats," before implying the real threat is at the border: "I know that it's been taken over by illegal migrants and that's a terrible thing that happened.

"Springfield was this beautiful town and now they're going through hell. It's a sad thing. Not going to happen with me, I can tell you right now." ...

Their public service resources and housing has been stretched with the recent influx of people, which was anticipated by local officials. Why JD Vance isn't doing more as Ohio Senator to help increase the availability of these resources and instead baselessly throwing an entire community of immigrants under the bus is truly curious.

Because he likely sees the problem more as a political opportunity for him, rather than addressing the problems of a city in the state he "represents" in the Senate?

Haitians in Ohio find solidarity at church after chaotic week of false pet-eating claims
www.pressherald.com

... For many Haitian immigrants, Sunday mornings in Springfield, Ohio, are spent joyfully worshipping God as they sing and pray in their native Creole. This Sunday, they needed that uplifting balm more than ever.

Their community is reeling " confused, frustrated, hurt " from false accusations that they are eating their neighbor's cats and dogs. The now viral and highly politicized rumors are being fueled by former President Donald Trump, his running mate JD Vance and others, and violent threats against the community are upending daily life in their city.

"Jesus is with us in truth, and the truth is that Haitians are not eating pets and geese in Springfield," said the Rev. Carl Ruby, preaching at Central Christian Church. He invited community members to join his congregation in prayer and peaceful protest of the false rumors leveled against their Haitian neighbors.

They also demanded an apology.

"It is truth that a retraction of these rumors will help to restore peace in Springfield," Ruby said. "We respectfully call on all politicians and media figures who are promoting this rumor to help make Springfield great and safe again by speaking the truth about our community."

Viles Dorsainvil, the leader of Haitian Community Help and Support Center in Springfield, accepted Ruby's invitation to worship together at Central Christian, and was grateful to be relying on his faith. ...

It's incredible. The absolute hypocrisy of the Christian Rightwing. These immigrants and the vast majority of illegal immigrants are all Christians! Not once have I heard a Trumper express concern for the fact that these fellow Christians are fleeing violence, poverty, or persecution, values they claim to stand for. Instead, they vilify them, ignoring the fundamental teachings of compassion and love thy neighbor.

Let's keep in mind that this was a fake story told by a fake Vice Presidental candidate and exacerbated again by a fake former president, to draw the media's attention away from a televised debate performance that blew the cover on Trump's fake strongman image.

If you'll notice, the strategy is working. The media's attention has been drawn away from the disaster of Trump's performance ~ not by the media but by his political opponent that he called stupid.

Now, Trump is keeping the media attention alive, again, with another fake announcement about visiting Springfield.

And we're helping! Trump's not going to Springfield. He's just getting some free publicity.

I don't think the SS will let him.

Like the day they wouldn't let him go to the capitol to lead his insurrectionist mob in an attack on the capitol.

Too difficult to protect him. Especially after this latest apparent attempt on his life.

#20 Rstybeach11 But by Republican standards they're the wrong type of Christians, the immigrants are Catholic. Most Evangelicals and Souther Baptists believe that Catholics are going to hell, are idol worshippers, and aren't Christians at all. I should know as I'm Catholic and have had to put up with this garbage all my life.
