Actually hundreds. Seriously. My cousin transitioned in the 80's and via him/her I met packs of them off and on. I used to rent rooms to them when they couldn't get a room anywhere else. Back before the silliness had the current cache... Most of their angst is self-inflicted and I have never played the game of "they were/are actually the opposite sex". It's a lie. I always held that they were men who wanted to emulate women... which is all they are... or will ever be. Even the ones that did the extreme body modifications.

Don't get me started on the ones (born males) who think they are lesbians. AKA... straight guys with extreme fetish. The are turned on by themselves... seriously. They will sit there and talk about their T&A for hours.

You see I have no problem with what they do up until the point where they want me to lie about what they termed their "medical past". Being born isn't a medical condidtion. It's mostly men throwing the hissy fit... the F2Ms aren't up to the challenges... and are more often sick of the movement because it is more of a threat to them... Back in the 80's you couldn't just "declare"... you had to go into therapy for gender dysphoria... for years... then you had to cross-dress to your gender of preference for two years. You also had to "pass a passing" body check... because of the very few doctors who wouldn't do it unless they could promise "good" results. Now any behemoth can just say.... "this is who I am"... which translates to "oooo look at me"... don a wig to cover their male pattern baldness... and demand that an insurance company pay for validating cosmetic surgeries... decades ago... unless they had a wealthy benefactor they paid for it out of their own pocket.

Now... Thailand has created a very lucrative "medical tourism" industry dedicated to it.

I am in my 70's... my naturally occurring "estrogen" days are long past... but I still have sexual function... To your first point yes you're right the neutering of a tom cat doesn't involve making a hole between it's rectum and prostate... and inverting its barbed little peenie to make a spikey vajayjay... with a bone in it no less... nor am I insisting I made them female... because they have a "queen cat's soul"... or because that's "their truth" and I should go along with it if I love them... nor to I intentionally feed them hormones to push the issue.
