Of course, it is looking more and more like a cover-up with each passing information release.
But, why the apparent need for a cover-up?

You have to ask?????
The public has already put 2 + 2 together. And they don't like the answer.
Right now, Trump is just trying to run out the clock.
However, (thinking ahead) if revealed, it's likely to become cause for Trump's impeachment, among other sleaze ball illegalities if and when he becomes a civilian.

@#2 ... You have to ask????? ..
Yeah, I do.
I want the DoJ to release all of the files.
Not dribs and dras of the files, but all of them.
The only redaction I would expect to see would be the names and identification info about the victims.
The DoJ seems to be trying to cover up something.
What might they be trying to cover up?

From the cited article ...
... A number of journalists, pointing to recent public opinion polls, have claimed that the scandal has hurt Trump. Others have argued that the public has largely moved on and the Epstein controversy no longer presents a political liability for Trump. But both of these conclusions are based on limited polling about the Epstein controversy and thus may be premature. ...

I agree. But, other than bitter complaints to our State Senators and Representatives, (and the media) the only REAL voice we have that will make a difference will be in the honest midterms.
And we all know that Trump is doing everything in his power to juryrig that.
We're sort of caught in a political vice of Trump's making. The public has to REBEL, en masse, and vote the GOP bums and Trump coat-tailers out of office. It's the only way to break the vice before the 2028 general.
Whether pedophilia, or support of a pedophile, will do the trick or not is up in the air.

All we can do is VOTE and HOPE that this time Trump has crossed the Rubicon.
