At the present rate of attrition, the IDF will have killed 70,000 to 72,000 Palestinians before the end of the year (AI and pencil and paper calculations).
By contrast, note that it took 20 years for the North Vietnamese Army (NVA) and the Viet Cong (VC) guerrillas to kill 58,281 of our Servicemembers in SE Asia; the IDF easily surpassed this number in one-tenth of the time.
