As home prices skyrocket and insurance premiums soar, the cost of living has some Floridians rethinking life in the Sunshine State. A new survey from Florida Atlantic University found nearly half of Floridians have considered leaving due to rising costs. About 45% say they're living paycheck to paycheck and no longer believe the American Dream -- especially homeownership -- is within reach.

Quite simply Government spending is eroding value of their work. This is true across the country, affordability everywhere is rapidly falling as "transitory" inflation continues.

M2 is at another high, last time it triggered inflation.

Doubtful.

The word "exodus is thrown around a lot despite the movements being nowhere near that level.

And we're starting to see the initial trends of movement into states like FL and TX reverse themselves as people who moved there find it's not what they were sold.
