This is another area where the USA pays the way for the rest of the world. Any other country (or multiple countries) is free to pony up their own money to help pay the costs.

That's cheaper than trump's golden ballroom.
That's cheaper than 4 hours of trump's war that he started to distract from the epstein files.
That's cheaper than the payoffs he wants to send to domestic terrorists.

This is but one spoke in the wheel. Some insist it's the USAs obligation to pay for all the programs the rest of the world benefits from.

That was to install, its another $50M a year (for 25yrs) to maintain, coming out to around $1.5Billion. How does it "avoid" climate catastrophes?
