Melissa Farris (41) of Elizabethtown, KY was jailed and faces ten years imprisonment for allegedly vandalizing the Atlantic Theatre Pavilion of the World War II Memorial on the National Mall with red paint and bubble bath mixture.

The paint read "Clean hands dirty $" and the fountain was filled with bubbles.

Charges in a complaint are merely allegations, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Given the current climate and Pedo47's lust for punishment, I have to say I think she was an absolute moron to poke the bear, as it were.
You see what he tried to do to the guy that didn't do anything, then go vandalize a National Monument(and WHY that one?) that you know is under surveillance and then broadcast it??
I can see why KY ranks so low in the Education rankings.

All that said, does that call for 10 years? No.
More like scrubbing it all off with a toothbrush and some other crap jobs for awhile.
