In a letter issued earlier this week, FEMA officials reaffirmed the denial of IA funding which would have provided financial support and direct services to eligible individuals and households who have sustained uninsured or underinsured losses due to damage caused by tornadoes. FEMA also denied funding through the HMGP, which supports projects that help communities reduce future disaster risks and strengthen long-term resilience. On March 6, four tornadoes with intensities ranging from EF-0 to EF-3 impacted southern Lower Michigan. Communities near Edwardsburg, Cass County, in and around the city of Three Rivers, St. Joseph County, and along the north side of Union Lake in Union City, Branch County, were among the hardest hit.

The FBI arrested Andrew Buzzell (34), a West Rutland VT church elder, for sharing child sexual abuse material. An undercover FBI agent messaged Buzzell in June 2026 under the guise of offering sex with a nine-year-old girl and he allegedly replied asking for photos. When the undercover investigator asked Buzzell "What is too young?" the suspect reportedly texted back, "There's no such thing." Buzzell is the director of the Child Evangelism Fellowship in Vermont, an organization which says its mission is to "evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God, and establish them in a Bible-believing church for Christian living."

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) informs: "El Nino conditions continue to intensify and are likely to be very strong, resulting in a potentially historic event in the coming months that could significantly influence our weather, the hurricane season, and global temperatures." read more

Martin Lagunas (40) from Chicago Illinois is the masked ICE agent who callously and recklessly aimed his service pistol directly at unarmed, defenseless United States citizen Carolina Molina in Falls Church, VA.

Status quo dinosaurs and AIPAC politicians keep bleating about "fixing" or "reforming" DHS and ICE -- not completely abolishing them -- like the Gestapo was rightfully dismantled after the Second World War

Below, people scrambling and ducking for their very lives.

In an average year, 880 people die and 1,857 are wounded by firearms in Kentucky, which has an overall grade of "F" for gun laws.

Kentucky has a population of 4,629,682 people, similar to Alberta Canada (5,057,077 people).

But Alberta suffered a grand total 98 homicides -- by firearms and other means -- in 2024.

Thanks to gun violence, besides deaths and terrible wounds, PTSD is spreading throughout the US population.

Imagine Woodstock and "Black Woodstock" in 1969 if firearms were so proliferant back then?

Endnote: On 6 Dec 1969, a Hells Angels member stabbed and killed Meredith Hunter (who was armed with a .22 for self-defense) at the Altamont Free Concert.

NYS Penal Law Section 65.20

Sentence of unconditional discharge

Criteria. The court may impose a sentence of unconditional discharge in any case where it is authorized to impose a sentence of conditional discharge under section 65.05 if the court is of the opinion that no proper purpose would be served by imposing any condition upon the defendant's release. When a sentence of unconditional discharge is imposed for a felony, the court shall set forth in the record the reasons for its action.

Sentence. When the court imposes a sentence of unconditional discharge, the defendant shall be released with respect to the conviction for which the sentence is imposed without imprisonment, fine or probation supervision. A sentence of unconditional discharge is for all purposes a final judgment of conviction.

Between NYS Judge Juan Merchan and ex-USAG Merrick Garland, we have Trumpf 2.0.

Muchas gracias, Juan y Merrick!

Camron Harris (19) threw his life away and authorities haven't disclosed any possible motives for this mass shooting.

In an average year, 1,226 people die by firearms in the Commonwealth of Virginia (pop 8.8m) which has a gun law rating of C+.

By contrast, Quebec Canada, with a similar population of 8,501,833 people, suffered a total 97 homicides in 2024. Nationally, there were 287 firearm-related homicides in Canada in 2024, with handguns being the most common weapon (56%).

Charges in a complaint are merely allegations, and every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
