If passed, the effective date of this idiotic bill would be 1 July 2026.

"This is not an anti-vax bill. This is a bill that's saying parents, legal guardians, you have the freedom to go and decide for yourselves," bleated Jeff Holcomb, who is also a USNR (N-2) officer, similar to Governor Ron DeSatan (R-FL) who was a USNR (JAG): Just Another MAGAt Making a Nice Govt Paycheck

In 2026, Florida (and Arizona) would join Red States Arkansas, Texas, Idaho, and Tennessee which allows Ivermectin to be sold over the counter (OTC) to unsuspecting, naive, gullible, or malinformed rubes who think horse paste is an alternative to vaccines.

*** Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) Wants War With Iran in Election Year ***

2026 is a mid-term election year and John Fetterman wants the US and Israel to attack Iran:

"Iran can't ever develop a nuclear weapon.

Fully supported the strike earlier this year.

Fully support any future strikes to damage or destroy their nuclear ambitions."

Link: AIPAC Warmonger

Gosh, the words "negotiation," "peace," "mediation," "UN," "Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)," or "IAEA monitoring" never come out of the mouths of Democratic Party AIPAC Islamophobes, but "bomb," "strike," "destroy, "or "attack" does, just like Republican warmongers.

An attack on Iran will certainly bring out the progressive and antiwar bloc to vote on Tuesday 3 Nov 2026 when all 435 seats in the US House of Representatives, 35 of the 100 seats in the US Senate, and 39 state and territorial US gubernatorial elections will be contested.

See election results for Tuesday 5 Nov 1968 or Tuesday 5 Nov 2024 to read about the impact of antiwar Samaritans and the progressive bloc not supporting warmongering Democratic Party candidates.

This is a data driven discussion being hijacked by people for their own reasons.

Data driven?
Here's some data:

A child changing gender neither picks America's pocket not breaks America's bones. What rationale can the state put forth preventing someone from performing an action which causes no injury to anyone?

Seat belts. Helmets. Illicit substances. Firearms. Increasingly, food and/or ingredients. Property uses. Construction codes...

Seat belts and helmets demonstrably save lives, so there's a public good to be realized there. However even that is not universal, many states let you ride without a helmet and I kinda don't see the problem there, do you?

Illicit substances are a holdover from Prohibition, but do also harm others; that's why we're at war with Venezuela. Applied to food that's why we have the FDA. Spoiled food harms others.

Firearms are only a right because of a legal peculiarity. Any data driven discussion of firearms would quickly determine a legitimate basis for regulation, as seen in every other modern country.

All of your examples, except seat belts, are examples where government is protecting unsuspecting individuals and innocent bystanders from harm. As for scope, about 100% of us will ride in a car at some point, most of us will be in a car crash at some point. Unlike changing genders which applies to a very small few.

That's not the case with changing your gender. There's no third party the State can advocate they are protecting here.

And guns is a great example. Far more suicides by gun than other method, but we don't effectively regulate that. So why regulate the far fewer number of people who want to transition?

What is the state's justification for seizing that liberty and denying that freedom?

It's okay if your answer is "I don't know" because that's my answer too.

I'd like a good data driven narrative to curtail freedom, before curtailing it. Like I did with seat belts and stuff.

@#11 ... Vlad does have access to all of the money laundering deals DJT did for Russian Oligarchs over the years. ...

Perhaps?

BaFin to Deepen Deutsche Bank Money Laundering Investigation (Feb 2019)
www.financemagnates.com

...Deutsche Bank released a statement on Friday saying that BaFin, the German financial regulator, has extended the remit of an independent auditor examining the lender's role in the Danske Bank money laundering scandal.

The case stems from an ongoing investigation into the Danish bank's Estonian division.

After a whistle-blower sounded the alarm about the activity of certain customers, most of whom were from Russia and the former Soviet Union, in late 2018, it became apparent that Danske Bank's Tallinn-based operations were doing business with some less than scrupulous individuals.

It is alleged that the bank laundered around $225 billion from 2007 to 2014. If that is the case, it would potentially be the largest instance of money laundering ever uncovered.

Deutsche Bank falls into the mix as it acted as Danske Bank's main correspondent bank. According to the Financial Times, the German bank was responsible for facilitating $180 billion in suspicious transactions....

Deutsche Bank Offices Are Raided In Money Laundering Probe (Nov 2018)
www.npr.org

...In recent years, Deutsche Bank has been in the news not only for its prominence in the Panama Papers, but also for its ties to President Trump, in a tumultuous relationship that goes back some 20 years.

Trump and the bank once sued each other after he failed to repay a $300 million loan. And the author and reporter Luke Harding has described a "shuffle of money" between the bank's dealings with figures in Russia and its business with Trump. ...

That was very grown up! Good job (pats head).

Generational blame games are Distractions to the point of what's happening now... sorta like rwing distractions about Trans and Immigrants.

Perhaps you should blame Boomers for stopping the War in Vietnam (that killed at least 4 million people outright, and is still killing people today with chemicals), running Tricky Dick out of Office, JFK, The Great Society, and Women's Rights.

The Greatest Gen, who won WWII and elected FDR 4 times and gave us the New Deal... also dropped the atomic bombs on Japan. No Gens are perfect... well, except maybe yours.

One could blame your Gen for there being little good music anymore. Or Tic-Toc, ffs.

Also for Trump if you want to look at swing voters... although they are flocking back to center now.

Boomer accomplishments

"The Baby Boomer generation (born 1946-1964) significantly advanced social justice, spearheading the Civil Rights Movement, second-wave Feminism (fighting for reproductive rights & workplace equality), and the anti-war movement (Vietnam), leading to lasting policy changes and increased social freedoms.

They also drove technological adoption (personal computers, internet), shifted consumer culture with their large numbers, championed environmentalism, and fostered an era of public service and volunteering, although their legacy also includes significant national debt and debates over economic inequality."

As I mentioned above, most of the Elites who funded the Oil Wars and Reagan were indeed Boomers, but most Boomers were not Elites.

Today, Musk and Thiel and most of the other major Trump billionaire's aren't Boomers, they are more YOUR GEN.

Blame games are for children.
