That just might happen. USDA is now projecting a 41.1% increase in egg prices this year and that was before Trump launched a trade war.

When I had a farm I had a dog and a 4/10 shotgun loaded with bird shot by the door.

I heard the ruckus and bolted out the door with my 4/10.

Got one of those bastages right in the butt. He yelped all the way back to his den I bet.

They never came around again. The rooster had gathered his girls up and hid them in the tall grass. He really loved and took care of his girls.

And we loved that rooster.

Yeah having chickens is a good thing. Just sitting and watching them is calming. Sure it's a little work but the benes are better than griping about the corps ripping us off.

#11. My ex and I had chickens. Someone gifted us a psychotic rooster which used to stalk us and attack from behind. Usually the five galon bucket we carried feed in was sufficient to send him flying. One day he attacked our 2 year old and earned himself a tour of the oven. When we told our son who he was eating, he chomped down and said " he bites me, I bite him back."
