... As Trump has jacked up import taxes, he has tried to assure a skeptical public that foreign producers would pay for those taxes and that retailers and automakers would absorb the additional expenses. Most economic analyses are deeply skeptical of those claims and have warned that the trade penalties would worsen inflation. Walmart warned on Thursday that everything from bananas to children's car seats could increase in price. Trump, in his Truth Social post, lashed out at the retailer, which employs 1.6 million people in the United States. Trump Suck, Suck, Suckety, Sucks.
Why should Walmart eat economic losses to preserve Trump's political capital?
That Fool is downright Delusional.
He wants everyone else to cover his mistakes and Lies.
Ain't Happenin', Homey.
His Lunacy is truly unbelievable.

Expect this to become the standard line from folks who previously called any attempts to interfere with corporate profitability anti-American.
They're becoming more socialist than the supposed soshulistz they claim to be against.

@#3 ... Expect this to become the standard line ...
The standard line in the Trump admin used to be that the exporting country, e.g., China, would be the one paying the tariff. Remember Pres Trump touting the External Revenue Service?

"EAT THE TARIFFS," Trump shrieks in his Norma Desmond incarnation.
Poor Old Orange Julius just doesn't get it, does he? Walmart is a publicly traded company with a management and board bound by fiduciary responsibilities which, oddly, do not include saving a senescent nutter's proverbial bacon.
