Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez was shot dead in the Chicago suburb of Franklin Park on Friday after he "resisted arrest, attempted to flee the scene and dragged an ICE officer a significant distance with his car," the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said in a statement.

Knowing that an ICE gulag of abuse, malnutrition, and miserable conditions awaited him, followed by possible deportation to Africa, Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez attempted to escape his persecutors and was killed. For this poor man, ICE was a Death Squad.

Leaving/avoiding is not a felony, or is it a capital offense.
The use of the vehicle as a weapon will need to be determined in a court of law.

My favorite line in the article sums up ICE and Trump's brainless morons perfectly:
'DHS said that ICE was targeting "a criminal illegal alien with a history of reckless driving" who "entered the country at an unknown date and time."'

Immediately they call him a criminal and illegal. Then they set up a traffic stop for someone they say they are looking for because he's apparently such a notable "reckless driver" they just have to get him off the roads, now!. Oh, and yeah - we have no idea when he entered the US, none at all. But really - we know who he is and that he's a terrible driver.

Maybe they should have considered all that before setting up a TRAFFIC STOP for an infamously known reckless driver?

Agent was next to car as it backed up

Agent pulled gun and shot at a fleeing car 50-100 feet away that posed zero danger to anyone

The guy used his car as a weapon to hit and drag (DHS words -not mine)an agent, and got shot. The court does not determine if a government agent can defend themselves or not.
