Explain something to me: why do the same lawyers who scream "FRAUD" from the podium NEVER use that word in court?

My theory is: Lying in public is legal, but using the word "fraud" inside a courtroom requires...what's that word? Oh, right...PROOF.

Claiming fraud without proof can get a lawyer censured, disbarred, and/or jailed, and they're afraid of the consequences of making a claim INSIDE a courtroom without proof.
