Before anyone attacks the messenger, Dalio is far from being a democrat. He has raised funds of GOP candidates including John McCain's Presidential run. Bridgewater donated nearly a half million to the RNC and the GOP Senate and House funds during the 2024 cycle.

President Donald Trump's economic agenda could lead to "something worse than a recession."

It's going to lead to the collapse of America.

Klansman Fred Trump is no longer around to bail out his bankruptcy-prone spawn.

DJTJ should do just fine in the 2028 election thanks to this news of what may transpire in the next few years ...

FTA: (it's worth pointing out that Dalio correctly predicted the 2008 financial crisis).
..
"Such times are very much like the 1930s," he told NBC.
..
"Right now we're at a juncture," he told NBC. He believes Congress needs to get the budget deficit down to 3% of GDP while managing trade deficits "in the right way." If not, there will be a supply-demand issue for debt and "the results of that will be worse than a normal recession."

Worse than a "normal recession"? Is it a pox on both their houses and their summer houses? Ooh, how about we all dress like ICE and raid them? Hmm... It's hard to think about 1930's survival strategies when your city is under threat of Federal military invasion and economic collapse.

It could be, when all is said and done, that America's racist past and divisions, allowed the rise of autocracy and the ending of our democracy. People were encouraged to vote their fears and their hates, and the result...Russian style pretend democracy.

The only thing this ----- hedgefund ------- wants to accomplish it to profit from whatever he's trying to make happen.

He's shorting precisely what he wants to fall in value.

More propaganda from a multi billionaire who the likes of Corky say they don't trust one iota.

There is no evidence that Trump knows what he is doing on any dimension of government.

The bad news economic stories are already here.

I know. We all remember the 9.1% inflation Brandon and BBB brought us.

Yeah, just like Reps claimed Biden's Inflation Reduction Act was going to bring us to a Depression. Just like EVERY OTHER BILL PASSED BY A POTUS AND THE OTHER SIDE SAYS IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD AND UP IS GOING TO BE DOWN AND HOT IS GOING TO BE COLD.

The part I find actually amazing about this hypocrisy is that liberals claim to hate rich people...until they agree with their narrative and then rich people are great.

If you're this desperate now, I can only imagine your freakout in the next several months.

Trump promised us all a Golden Age.

I could say he can put up or shut up but he never shuts up.

#13 | Posted by humtake

We're going to be right about that sooner than later.

When Trump's diseased pride overweighs his current and transient cowardice on Iran and we have that new major war he promised you to prevent....

You'll have yet another enormous Trump disaster to excuse.

"CEOs haven't felt this gloomy about the economy since the pandemic"

Considering that many of those CEOs supported MAGA with real money, fk'em.
