Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

CNN's Jake Tapper tries to correct Sen. Markwayne Mullin who just refuses to admit to facts. Mullin tried to blame former President Barack Obama for Jeffrey Epstein's 2008 plea deal, despite Obama not being president at the time. "No. It was 2008. The US attorney was Alex Acosta. He was a Bush appointee. He went on to become Trump's secretary of labor," Tapper says to Mullin who continues to incorrectly insist that the Epstein deal was struck in 2009.

How do you know when republican politicians are lying?

Their lips are moving.

Sen. Mullin is just plain stupid!

He's smart enough to know republicans will believe any lie he tells.

Okiehomie cultists don't care about no facts.

Bozo will be along shortly to confirm Markwayne is right.

We'd better look into old Markwayne's sexual proclivities, he seems so determined to protect a pedophile and pedophilia that he might just be a pedophile himself. No doubt he's stupid, I've never met anyone with two first names who wasn't a complete idiot. But I'm sure he's good for S---Hole socialist taker-state Oklahoma.

Sen. Plumberbutt is mad at the folks in OKC for leaving him off the list for the state's next governor. This guys is a moron, who made a lot of money selling his plumbing and HVAC company to someone else, yet requiring the buyer to use the "Mullin" name in their TV ads. Believe me--most Okies think that Sen. Mullin is working full time selling plumbing services and air conditioners, and that this Senate thing is only a part-time gig. Why, you may ask? Because the commercials with his name are on the TV...

Obama let Epstein skate for 8 years while in July 6, 2019 the Trump Administration arrested Epstein on Federal Charges

Trump...........

Bared Epstien from Mar-A-Largo in 2004
2005 reported Epstein's behavior to authorities
2017 signed Executive Order targeting human trafficking
again 2019 the arrest
2019 Raid of Epsteins island

"2005 reported Epstein's behavior to authorities"

Trump reported on his past 15 years with Epstein?

#16 | Posted by snoofy at 2025-07-28 06:27 PM | Reply

Such a compelling narrative.
I can tell that you have really put a lot of heart and soul into believing it.

But there's one thing that just doesn't add up:
Why won't Trump release the Epstein Files?

"Nazi theory indeed specifically denies that such a thing as the truth' exists. There is, for instance, no such thing as Science' ... If the Leader says of such and such an event, It never happened'-well, it never happened. If he says that two and two are five-well, two and two are five. This prospect frightens me much more than bombs."

Ha ha, you --------.

Bush:
2008: Epstein had a non-prosecution agreement signed by Trump's former Sec of Labor Alex Acosta.

Obama:
2015: Virginia Roberts Gieffre sued Maxwell and discovery begins. The files were sealed by the Court during the case as is standard.

Trump:
2017: The case FINALLY settles. Julie Brown and the Miami Herald file motions to unseal the files. Trump's DOJ does nothing.

2018: The Miami Herald begins publishing the accounts of what Epstein and Maxwell were doing based on the filings. Trump's DOJ does nothing.

2019: Finally, Epstein is arrested.

Trump didn't do a god damn thing. In fact, he ------- stalled longer than he needed.

How come you didn't list the sweetheart deal epstein got, and how trump hired the prosecutor who gave him that deal?

Or how trump killed epstein in prison?

Or how trump says there's nothing to see and everyone should get over it?

Or how trump only turned on epstein when epstein started poaching women that trump considered his own?

Barred for poaching Trump's employees. Not for anything else. Also why Trump called him a "creep." Need proof?

"He stole people that worked for me," Trump said. "I said, Don't ever do that again.' He did it again, and I threw him out of the place, persona non grata."
www.foxnews.com

I even gave you Fox "News."

Trump went out of his way to state he meant "creep" for "poaching employees."

Epstein wasn't barred from anywhere.

The only proof of Epstein being barred is he didn't renew his membership.

Which isn't the same thing. But it is a convenient story.

His name is all over it.

Trump raped children and it's caught up to him.

@#15 ... 2005 reported Epstein's behavior to authorities ...

What took him so long?

He knew, was friends with, Mr Epstein apparently since the 1990's.

fwiw, I chanced upon this article in my routine visit to various news sites.

imo, it is long, but reasonably thorough.

What 20 years of investigations tell us about the Epstein files
www.csmonitor.com

... At the heart of recent controversy over disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein are multiple criminal investigations that stretch back more than 20 years.

The case has long been the subject of conspiracy theories, even before Mr. Epstein died in prison in 2019. But the Trump administration's flip-flops over releasing more details -- including how President Donald Trump could feature -- have caused a surge in public interest. Mr. Trump on Monday said he didn't have the "privilege" of traveling to Mr. Epstein's private island (and that he turned down invitations to go).

Here are details about the investigations, and the ambiguities that have only grown more glaring over time. ...

Trump claims Epstein stole Virginia Roberts Giuffre from him.

Remember she was the one Maxwell started selling when she was 16.

Do the math.
