If you're not using ammunition capable of penetrating body armor, aim for the head/neck or just above the knees.

Femur fractures are debilitating.

Any off the shelf 30-06 160grn will go through body armor like it's not there.

Just a suggestion.

It's true.

Body armor and a badge with no genuine authority will get you shot - dead.

Just a reminder to those who think a badge makes you bullet proof.
