Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom, who has become one of President Trump's most high-profile adversaries, told "CBS News Sunday Morning" in an exclusive interview that he will consider whether to run for president after the 2026 midterm elections.

I'm filing a brief in support of the case against Donald Trump's illegal tariffs now in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. California families and businesses shouldn't pay the price for actions that Trump never had the authority to take in the first place.

This is just an absurd statement. Its at the greedy capitalist end of all the Chinese/Taiwan manufacturing workers.

90% of the work is done outside the state, the state then takes it in and "sells" it .. this is the "economy" you're talking about. It has the highest income inequality for a capitalist economy in the world.

The issue for Newsom is he pretends he was poor for sympathy votes from Lumpers, like RienSnot.

When the reality is he grew up the rich life, with a father that was a lawyer for Billionaire Getty family.

Actually has stated:
"It was about payin' the bills, man."
"Hustlin."
"I raised myself."
"Wonder bread and Mac 'n cheese. That's how I grew up, bro."

Playing ball, when he can't even dribble around school children.

Newsom, like Trump, is a terrible representation of the American politician.

Dems had Bernie. They sank him. In 2016 and 2020.

Dems have actually, quite successfully, sank several popular progressive candidates. They're currently trying to take down Mamdani.

The America we're currently stuck in is a combined effort of the Democratic and Republican Parties.

If Pres Trump achieves his goal of winning the House in 2026 (via politicians choosing voters instead of voters choosing politicians), then what would the Trump-servant House do in the 2028 election?

Might they refuse to certify any candidate who had the nerve to out-vote Pres Trump? And then put in place a policy that allows Pres Trump's reign to continue in future years?
