We committed only 150,000, surging to 170,000. In Vietnam we needed over 800,000, but peaked at 543,000. The numbers we sent include logistics, not combat forces, so we tend to send 1/20th of what we needed to.

Which means... 1 maxed out division for Tehran, or 2 regular divisions.
