So, Trump, through Pulte, is trying to get a case against Letitia James before Aileen Cannon?

"Trump's campaign of retribution: At least 470 targets "

Remember when our resident water-carriers SCREECHED about WEAPONIZATION of the DOJ under Biden, without ever being able to point to a single case?

Now, it's all around them, plain as day, and they can't be bothered with a single keystroke of condemnation.

If I didn't know better, I'd say that proves they're partisan hacks, first and foremost.

I'm sure that Jeffy Turley will be along to complain about the Lawfare... this being the Actual Lawfare Administration.

This is ACTUAL "Lawfare" for MAGAts who bandied that term around.

When have we EVER seen a president pardon so many felons simply because he wanted retribution and use the DOJ to harass opponents?

Never

All or most of the devious Trumpf junta prosecutions will take place in the Southern District of Florida (SDFL) satellite courthouse where USDJ Aileen Cannon presides.

Her Horror wants to be a SCOTUS Justice as payback for unscrupulously sabotaging SC Jack Smith's prosecution against the draft dodging morbidly obese pedophilic warmongering Kremlin asset and Israeli cat's paw that is befouling the White House.

The Witchfinder-General in SDFL is AUSA Jason Reding Quinones who will convene Grand Juries against Dummkopf Trumpf's enemies.

As of March 2026, more than 130 subpoenas have been issued from his office, but there is probably more that is unreported.

Isn't she just one of several judges the case could be assigned to by draw?

IIRC, she just happened to draw Jack Smith's prosecution over Trump & classified documents he stole.

Hi AU:

These cases in SDFL are being funneled to Her Horror USDJ Aileen Cannon.

In the federal system, the Clerk of Court is supposed to randomly draw the name of a USDJ when a petitioner appears with a matter for adjudication.

Once the USDJ or magistrate receive a case, that is their "vector" until conclusion.

In the US, we are technically not supposed to have "favorite go-to judges," even though I preferred some over others, like the wonderful late USDJ Jack Weinstein in EDNY.

The government failed to indict her 3 times last year. There have been entire years where the DOJ did not have that many failures. This must be some sort of record.

It was a bogus case that wasted everyone's time. Then she did herself what she claimed Trump did but in her case their were documents to prove it. Lastly Forbes just valued Mar a largo in Trumps range that was about 60% more than James said it was worth. Lock her up. And Dems are always screaming "retribution!" Retribution for what? Dragging Trump in court for cases that the prosecutors know will be over turned by a real court?

Trump pardoned pedophiles, terrorists, wall street scammers, health insurance scammers, drug dealers, and george santos.

Anyone who can afford the bribe gets a pardon.

And you're just fine with that.
