They have only been able to achieve a Chuck Norris/Hartman or Rambo/Hartman combo. The trifecta eludes them.

According to Lamp and --------, though, that makes them impervious to small arms fire up to 20mm and capable of an 80/20 chance of shrugging off a grenade blast with a few stitches and a brief rest to eat an MRE.
