Tuesday, July 07, 2026

The problem is, having our President butt in here was a joke. Unfunny and out of bounds, offsides, an own goal -- all of the things.

It's better that the US lost.

A win would not have been emotionally accepted by the entire world.

I'll bet even Kash Patel wouldn't get drunk over it.

He would, however, deport that Balogun fellow.

This is Lumper speak in a nut shell, "i am a loser please accept me"..... LMAO
Who cares, emotionally the only accepted win would be if their own countries won.

He would, however, deport that Balogun fellow.

Kash Patel can deport people?

"If they beat us, they can be really proud. The other way, if they beat us, we'll say - I say it was rigged, just like the election was rigged in 2020, but I won't get into that."

Fair point. He doesn't seem capable of doing much of anything.

If you have to cheat for something, or even accept the appearance of cheating, that thing you want is not worth having.

It's not Trump's value, so it's not yours.

Your lack of values gives you both no value.

Balogun should have resigned as soon as he heard what Trump did.

The man would be a hero and Americans could bask in that.

Trump, as usual, large barges his way into something about which he knows nothing.
Humiliation ensues, he waddles off and leaves the team to deal with the problem he created.
Along the way, he totally effed the dreams and hopes of US players, embarassing them one and all.
S.O.P for this bum.

What a sore loser... but we already knew that.

What's funny is the citizenship status of the player he went to bat for:

Balogun was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Yoruba Nigerian parents.[7][8] His parents were living in London, and visited New York when his mother was seven months pregnant with him. Airline staff did not allow her to board the family's return flight to London due to safety concerns over the advanced state of her pregnancy, and Balogun was subsequently born in New York.[9] He returned to the United Kingdom with his parents when he was two months old and grew up in London.
