Then the Fifth Amendment guarantees that people have a right to Due Process.

Immigrants do not get rights, because immigrants are not people, under the laws of the United States. That's the America Republicans want.

I hope Republicans actually argue JeffJ's point in court, and win, and then it becomes illegal for ICE to detain immigrants.

And by the Fourteenth Amendment, immigrants would not be bound by State laws either.

Boaz doesn't care that half the people detained by ICE have no criminal record.

And he won't care when Trump starts mass detaining citizens either. (I mean whites for their politics, not the blacks already mass detained for decades in the War on Drugs.)

And Boaz absolutely has no way of showing how anything ICE is doing is making America better.

Whereas I can show you taxpayers spending billions, and for what? Deporting workers has a real cost to the economy, on top of the costs to taxpayers.

These people need to come in the front door. I have no problem with legal immigration.
