Republican donors cared enough to build Trump's concentration camp, and Republican ICE Brownshirts care enough to fill it up with mostly non-violent immigrants with no criminal records.

Then the Fifth Amendment guarantees that people have a right to Due Process.

Immigrants do not get rights, because immigrants are not people, under the laws of the United States. That's the America Republicans want.

If the Constitution does not apply to immigrants in the United States, then it's not illegal for immigrants to be here.

If the Constitution does not apply to migrants, then migrants are not subject to Federal law. Since all Federal law finds its authority in the Constitution.

I hope Republicans actually argue JeffJ's point in court, and win, and then it becomes illegal for ICE to detain immigrants.

And by the Fourteenth Amendment, immigrants would not be bound by State laws either.
