As an example, Biden's support of Ukraine and reinforcement of NATO counts as a foreign policy success that almost makes up for what people like you and Bush II did in Iraq.

I think over time, people will eventually reveal the steps taken inside the administration to keep Biden's lack of cognitive abilities hidden.

With that said, I don't think he's the worst president in history.

That's an impossible comparison to make anyway. You're comparing what you think you know about Biden to what you think you know about Andrew Johnson or Grant or Van Buren, etc.

We can pick apart every decision made by Biden and the DNC in general but you can't compare them to decisions made 200 years ago.
