The Commission has been investigating the events on and since 7 October 2023 for the last two years, and concluded that Israeli authorities and Israeli security forces committed four of the five genocidal acts defined by the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, namely killing, causing serious bodily or mental harm, deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of the Palestinians in whole or in part, and imposing measures intended to prevent births.

Explicit statements by Israeli civilian and military authorities and the pattern of conduct of the Israeli security forces indicate that the genocidal acts were committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, Palestinians in the Gaza Strip as a group.

The Israeli Death Forces (IDF) are on track to kill approximately 72,000 Palestinians before the end of the year. Right now the number is 68,858, the majority of them women and children. The number of maimed and injured has climbed to 170,664.

After the Likud Party initiated its vengeance pogrom on the Palestinians in Gaza, in two separate reports the New York Times stated that the IDF created an "army of amputees" and a "legion of orphans" in the Gaza Strip.

The hardworking American taxpayer continues subsidizing a wealthy country that offers world class universal healthcare for all its residents, unlike the US where on average 530,000 American families undergo "medical bankruptcy," a term unheard of in Tel Aviv, Haifa, or Eilat.

If that is Israel's goal, maybe they should start with the 20% of their citizens who are Palestinian and been living in peace in their nation for the last 80 years. And from time immemorial when it belonged to the Jews.
