"The Manhattan district attorney's office on Saturday said it was opening an investigation into Mr. Swalwell, who has denied the accusations "
Isn't 'Push to Expel' premature, given that nothing has been decided in court? Allegations are inexpensive and readily available. Where's the evidence?. Besides, the proven situation re: fangfang was much more serious, and it was whitewashed and let go.
What about Tara's accusation?

Premature? What about what Swalwell was yelling during the Kavanaugh hearings? Blasy Ford said Kavanaugh showed her his weaner when she was 15, she couldn't remember where or when but Swalwell said it didn't matter, she must be believed. He also slept with a convicted chinese spy when he was on the Intelligence committee. WTF? Not only is he a greasy dirt ball but he's a really dumb greasy dirt ball.

And now democrats are saying investigate and get rid of him if guilty.
Why can't repubs say that about trump?

Sure, if they are de facto foreign agents. Otherwise, being sent something is not a deliberate act. Heck, any one could send anything to anyone else. ...But if the "footage" were "given out", that would defeat the purpose

What about if they hire a russian agent as their campaign manager and then immediately start doing russia's bidding?

Same reason Democrats didn't care when Swalwell was running for President.
they only cared, (and really they don't) when Swalwell got in the way of the Democrat elites' favorite choice. Who happens to be a billionaire who made his money investing in prisons.
No you do the elites bidding yet again, ignoring the stick in your eye.

Sure, if they were present they would have been made public during the Biden administration. I mean it would have been easier than trying to bankrupt, jail or kill him.

Democrats DIDNT KNOW about it then.
But if democrats had seen footage of swallwell bragging about how, for example, he could grab women by the pussy because he's a star, his candidacy would have ended there.
Unlike republicans who proved they will overlook anything and everything.
