Olympian David Hearn, who faces a felony charge, has denied doing any damage to the pool. Hearn has publicly stated that he had heard about the problems with the iconic DC reflecting pool and went by to check it out while on a 50-mile bike ride. He said he saw stuff floating in the pool and touched it but did not rip or damage anything.

Donald needs someone to blame for his screw-up. This guy is apparently it.

I can easily imagine myself and any number of people touching the peeling paint out of ordinary curiosity.

Trump wants to send this man to ten years prison for engaging in ordinary behavior.
