I don't like either the murderer or his victim. Karmelo doesn't have kids, right? Perhaps this is a twofer for Darwin.

I am sure glad that's all over now.
The Supremes have assured us. Racism is over. So no more talking about racism. Because that's racist!
And anyway Trumpy got this. He is the smartest man in America. Trumpy gonna fix everything.

We will probably never know.

As will all left wing statistics intended to race bait or promote misandry they can't trusted that they are comparing like to like.

"As will all left wing statistics intended to race bait"
Those are government statistics.
I guess simply keeping statistics is race baiting, when you're a racist.

No activists manipulating statistics working in government. Said no one.

I don't think he wouldn't have been charged if he was white. He would have just been let off with nothing or a very light punishment.
Let's be real, the issue isn't that he was wrong and deserved punishment for knifing a guy in the chest over a minor altercation, the issue is that others who commit a similar crime get off easy.

The issue is the "others" who get off tend to exhibit a lighter lighter skin tone than Karmelo.

I'm not seeing the hard race questions. I'm seeing the wtf taught this kid he could occupy a sporting opponent's space and refuse to leave when asked hard question. Being a -------- ain't self defense.
#14 Absolute BS. Anybody stab anybody in Colin County Texas, you're going to jail. I think 35 is harsh. I could see the sudden passion max 20 but not the sudden passion finding. This wasn't sudden passion. It was f**k you I do what I want and you can't stop me.

Open your metaphorical eyes.
Karmelo got 35 years, vs the 20 years that the post above me indicates is an appropriate sanction.

35 years is too long for somebody who committed a murder acting in a moment of passion and as a minor. If he was white, the sentence wouldn't be as long, maybe like minimum 10 years.
How many years did white adult male Brock Turner get for raping a woman, again? Oh yeah, three months.

Fair point. The questions are easy for normal people. They're hard for Deplorables.
So far the measurable deplorable responses are: 1. Do you have a link? 2. The statistics are liberal. 3. I'm not aware.

The election is still five months away, and many of you idiots are already falling for this crap.
Aggravating Circumstances in the Case Anthony as the Aggressor: Student witnesses testified that Anthony started the trouble. He sat under a tent belonging to Metcalf's school during a rainy track meet. When Metcalf and others repeatedly asked him to leave, Anthony refused and escalated the fight. Premeditated Threat: Before any physical contact happened, Anthony reached into his bag and told Metcalf, "Touch me and see what happens." Prosecutors used this to show he was actively looking for a violent fight. Disproportionate Response: While Metcalf did eventually shove Anthony, the prosecution successfully argued that a minor push did not justify a deadly escalation. As the lead prosecutor stated to the jury, "You don't get to meet a shove with a stab." Location and Community Impact: The murder took place at a high school sporting event filled with students. The state emphasized the severe trauma caused to the "brave kids" who had to watch their classmate get killed and later testify in court

If you do the crime you have to do the time. Black or white. Instead of 'not' giving long sentences to minorities whom rape assault and murder why not give white rich people the same long sentences for those crimes instead of lowering the bar on time for minorities? People do deserve to go to jail if they do bad deeds to the rest of us after all. I've had friends and family raped, murdered, robbed as well as having myself assaulted and robbed so I have a hard time feeling pity for a bad person doing that type of stuff. Hell, my grandfather was shot dead by a rich person in cold blood and got off Scott free. I never got to know the man and read that his murderer is an even richer corporate owner to this day.

"why not give white rich people the same"
That would hurt White conservative feelings. We Whites aren't as criminal as the Blacks. That's why Whites don't need to be punished as much.

There are also lots of questions about the bluesky account in the imbed. It screams false flag.

sure does but the answers are easy....My 2 examples are liars.
The jury was NOT all white like the Dad with the new house and Cadillac Escalade said on TV to incite the growing gangs.
The knife used was a full size hunting knife NOT like Jasmine Crocket said..." some tiny little thing with scissors on it"..
BOTH LIED FOR ONE REASON !
to incite violence....
