So, Pres Trump's attendance and sleeping at a prior game really might have been a curse.

Congrats to the Knicks. As a Texan I wanted a different result but Knicks did it, Congrats.

That said, last month my youngest son was married in SA. We stayed at a property on Lake Medina designed to be waterfront. The ATV trails busted that. Yet I learned something I didn't know, SA is in the hill country! The backroad was about 7 miles of left curve, right curve, 30mph, 20mph, 40mph. A blast.

OK, I am the first to admit that I am not a fan of professional "sports."

imo, they, like most professional sports, are a profit-making business that exploits their employees.

That view aside ...

One thing I noticed was Pres Trump's sleepy attendance at a game, and how his snoozing seemed to have affected the outcome of the game.

The Knicks team seemed to be grateful for his attendance, but when he seemed to have fallen asleep, he showed his actual level of interest to the Knicks team.

And their game suffered.

Oh, I can't wait ...

It will likely coincide with the end of the Iran war, and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

We human beings need to have a sense of belonging, of caring for something or some cause bigger than ourselves, so if it is national sports competitions, more the better.

I remember Willis Reed.

It was great to be a kid watching the Knicks in the late 60s, early 70s.

Attended plenty of games at MSG. And would go bowling there, prerenovations.

And how did Uncle Rich get his name there?

As they say these days, IYKYK. Is that what they say?

Another MSG memory.

Had two friends who were first cousins. One Monday I asked them what they did that weekend.

"Went to the concert for Bangladesh."

I was speechless.

Knicks fans are absolutely disgusting, and I despise them and the Knicks because of it.
