A whistleblower is accusing Homeland Security officials of ordering agents to commit thousands of crimes by falsely identifying themselves in order to gain access to voting records as part of the Trump administration's ongoing effort to disenfranchise voters.

NEW: The DOJ said in court that DHS used Social Security data to search for voter fraud before the midterms.

While it didn't share what would be done with the data, the admission partially confirms recent whistleblower claims that DHS is using people's private data to illegally access voter files.[image or embed]

The Trump Junta illegally interfering in elections?

Shocker.

They will continue and do ever more illegal acts to keep power. He is deathly scared of losing his protective GOP binky in congress. A cornered rat is most dangerous.

I am sure Jeff will be along any minute now to denounce these crimes.

Trump is desperate and will go to the extremes to ensure that neither the HOR or the Senate flips to democrats. If either of them flips, all of his corruption will be brought to the forefront and, in spite of the SCOTUS giving him immunity on some "ways of being presidential", it was not a blank check.

Trump v. United States (2024): Summary of Impact

The ruling makes it substantially more difficult to prosecute a former president"and forbids prosecutors from using protected official acts as evidence to help prove a private-conduct crime", it did not grant a president total immunity from ordinary criminal law. The distinction hinges entirely on whether the alleged criminal conduct was an "official" or "unofficial" act, a determination that lower courts must evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

MAGATS are silent on this topic because they don't actually care about real election interference.

Re 10

Yup. You are right again!

I couldn't find the actual costs quickly ( which I know are much higher) and I like to stick to the facts as much as possible so I went with $400 million dollar ... plus.

Sure, with quotes from the article like these...

"employees may be required"

"The Whistleblower has reason to believe"

"the Unlawful Voter Initiative has potentially already committed thousands of violations of state law"

Just STFU moron. You're sounding more like the village idiot, Zed. Moore and more, everyday...
