You'd think the crustacean kook would know that there's no way for Trump to win by 11EST when his minions are making sure that votes in key states can't be counted completely on election night regardless. Pennsylvania and Georgia cannot complete their counts by then and Trump needs both to reach 270.

However, if Harris wins North Carolina (an early call) and wins Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota, she could have enough electoral votes by 11 even if Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Arizona aren't called by then. In fact, Harris wouldn't need any of the aforementioned states in order to hit 270, while Trump has no path whatsoever without both PA and GA.
